We’re looking for someone who doesn’t want to sit behind a desk. This position is for a self-motivated, relationship-driven professional who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, and helping businesses solve problems.

What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with local businesses throughout Williamson and Burnet Counties.
- Visit apartment communities, property managers, contractors, real estate professionals, storage facilities, HOAs, builders, and commercial businesses.
- Introduce MPS Junk Removal and explain our services.
- Generate commercial and residential junk removal opportunities.
- Schedule estimates and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build long-term business relationships that create recurring work.
- Represent the MPS brand professionally in the community.
- Attend networking events and business functions as needed.
- Keep customer information and sales activity organized in our CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable talking with new people every day.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Sales experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach sales—we can’t teach attitude.

This position is designed for individuals who want to earn based on performance.
